Notice to customers: changes to the channel line-up

From Tuesday 17 January, the channels Kanal A and POP TV will no longer be available in the Multi.tv and Digi.tv offer over the Terrakom network, nor in the Digi.tv service over DSL.

Namely, due to changes in the way the TV channels Kanal A and POP TV are distributed, these channels are no longer available in the Republic of Croatia, but exclusively in the Republic of Slovenia in the networks of operators there. These channels are no longer available as a digital terrestrial signal (DVB-T), which is why their reception and distribution in the Terrakom network is no longer possible.

The TV channels KANAL A and POP TV will no longer be on the analogue platform in Zagreb, Kutina and Vidovec, nor on the digital platform (DVB-C) in Zagreb or the digital platform over DSL. Instead of one of the discontinued channels, Laudato TV will now be available on the DVB-C digital platform and on the DSL digital platform.

Likewise, due to changes in the way the TV channel Fashion TV is distributed in Kutina, that channel will not be available, and the Nickelodeon channel takes its place.

Brief instructions about the changes follow. They are divided by network: ZAGREB, KUTINA, VIDOVEC, Digi.tv (DSL).

Zagreb — Multi.TV

• the TV channels KANAL A and POP TV are no longer available
• the TV channel MREŽA TV ZG is now on the frequency of the TV channel Kanal A
• the TV channel OBN is now on the frequency of the TV channel POP TV
• customers who had all TV channels programmed on their TV sets will continue to have all channels active

Digi.TV — DVB-C (OPTIK bundles)

• the TV channels Kanal A and POP TV are no longer available
• the new channel is Laudato TV
• the TV channel TLC is changing its reception parameters (H.264)
• customers whose digital receiver does not offer channel scanning by itself should use the receiver menu to scan all channels automatically in order to update the line-up

For Handan digital receivers (black receiver)

Rescanning channels:

• Menu
• Installation
• Auto Search
• Start Search

Digi.TV (DSL)

• the TV channels KANAL A and POP TV are no longer available
• the new channel is Laudato TV
• the TV channel TLC is changing its reception parameters (H.264)
• minor changes to the parameters of some TV channels
• customers whose digital receiver does not offer channel scanning by itself should use the receiver menu to scan all channels automatically in order to update the line-up

For Handan digital receivers (black receiver)

Rescanning channels:

• Menu
• Installation
• Network Search
• Permanently Search - select Off
• Search Mode - select XML Network
• Start Search

Kutina — Multi.TV

• the TV channel KANAL A is no longer available
• the TV channel VIVA is now on the frequency of the TV channel KANAL A
• the TV channel FASHION TV is no longer available
• Nickelodeon is now on that frequency
• customers who had all TV channels programmed on their TV sets will continue to have all channels active

Vidovec — Multi.TV

• the TV channels KANAL A and POP TV are no longer available
• the TV channel VIASAT TV 1000 is now on the frequency of the TV channel POP TV
• the TV channel NICKELODEON is now on the frequency of the TV channel KANAL A
• customers who had all TV channels programmed on their TV sets will continue to have all channels active
